There’s fascinating info at Open Culture.
1969 was the year of “Sesame Street’s” debut, and even for the ’60s it’s hard to believe this was kids’ programming. But excellent. (The Dark Matters peeps were late ’60s babies, so we only saw Jazzy Spies in reruns. Very memorable, though.)
