DC film fans can breathe a sigh of relief now that director Zack Snyder (300, Sucker Punch) has had a minute to rethink the 2 and a half hour fiasco that is “Batman Versus Superman”.

“I watched it, like, forty times after we released it,” says the film director, film producer, and screenwriter, best known for action and science fiction films. “And that thing is NOT the movie I made. I’m gonna recut it for the dvd as the hour-long rom -com I envisioned.”

Snyder blames DC Entertainment and Warner Brothers for “corrupting” his story- “an action-driven bromance meets love triangle rom-com”.

“I wanted to have Joker kill off Robin, leaving Batman to search for a new partner and falling for Wonder Woman!”

DC and Warner Bros say Snyder has “lost his damn mind”, stressing their ongoing regret over giving Snyder “Watchmen”.

A representative stated, “We are so breaking up with that jerk. He’s screwy.”
