Steamrolers: A Community For Discussing Gender/Race/Age Inequality in Tech
Eric Willis,Founder: “Steamrolers is a community for developers, designers, and other people in tech to discuss the issues associated with the lack of diversity in tech. We also hold organized discussions and AMAs with startup founders/execs from underrepresented groups. Ultimately, we want to provide solutions that address the ‘pipeline’ issues, hiring practices, retention problems, etc.”
