#POCtober: Blacula (1972)

William Marshall, Vonetta McGee

One of the top grossing films of the 1972, Blacula was the first movie to win Best Horror Film at the Saturn Awards. Its success inspired a sequel (1973’s Scream, Blacula, Scream) along with a string of blaxploitation horror films including Blackenstein.
